Öz. Bu çalışmanın amacı, TRT Çocuk ve Minika Go kanallarında yayınlanan çizgi filmlerin on iki yaş üzerine hitap edecek şekilde gruplandırılması; bu çizgi filmleri değerler eğitimi açısından incelenmesi ve çizgi filmlerin Türkçe öğretimine katkısını incelemektir. Bu çalışmanın örneklemini; Rafadan Tayfa, ANKA, Nasreddin Hoca Zaman Yolcusu, Alpman, Hızlı Ayaklar, İstanbul Muhafızları adlı çizgi diziler oluşturmaktadır. Çizgi filmler Türkçe Öğretim Programında belirlenen kök değerler (dürüstlük, adalet dostluk, öz denetim, sorumluluk, sabır, saygı, sevgi, yardımseverlik, vatanseverlik) olmak üzere toplam on değere göre incelenmiştir. Çalışmanın ilk bölümünde değerler eğitimi, değerlerin çocuklara kazandırmaktaki önemi üzerinde durulmuştur. Çocukların en kolay ulaştığı kitle iletişim aracının televizyon olduğu ve çocuklara ulaşmada televizyonun nasıl kullanılacağı hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. İncelenen çizgi filmlerde değerlerin 357 kez yer aldığı belirlenmiştir. İncelenen çizgi filmlerde en fazla bulunan değer sorumluluk (75), en az bulunan değer vatanseverlik (6)'tir. Değerlerin en fazla yer aldığı çizgi dizi Alpman (80), değerlerin en az yer aldığı çizgi dizi Nasreddin Hoca Zaman Yolcusu (49)'dur. Araştırma için belirlenen çizgi filmler Türkçeye katkısı deyimler, atasözleri, yansıma sözcükler, ikilemeler ve kalıp sözler bakımından incelenmiştir. İncelenen çizgi filmlerde en fazla kalıp sözler (194) ve deyimler (75) yer alırken, en az atasözleri (1) ve yansıma sözcükler (2) yer almıştır. Bütün bu bulgulardan yola çıkarak TRT Çocuk ve MinikaGo adlı yerli çizgi film kanallarında yayınlanan çizgi filmlerin değerler açısından zengin içeriğe sahip olduğu, Türk diline katkısı bakımından atasözlerinin çok sık yer almadığı ama deyimler ve kalıp sözlerinin daha fazla kullanıldığına ulaşılmıştır. Türkçe öğretimi ve değerler eğitimi açısından çizgi filmlerden yararlanabileceği düşünülmektedir. Abstract. The purpose of this study is to group the cartoons broadcasted on TRT Children's and MinikaGo channel to address the age of above twelve, to examine the values of these cartoons in terms of values education and to examine the contribution of these cartoons to Turkish language teaching. The samples of this study contain Rafadan Tayfa, ANKA, Nasreddin Hoca 128 cartoons. The cartoons were analyzed according to the ten root values (justice, honesty, friendship, self-control, patience, respect, love, responsibility, patriotism, benevolence) determined in the Turkish Education Curriculum. In the first part of the study, values education and the importance of values to children were emphasized. Information has been given about how television is the easiest mass communication tool for children and how to use television to reach children. It was determined that it took place 357 times in the examined cartoons. In the examined cartoons, the most found value is responsibility (75), the least found value is patriotism (6). The cartoon with the highest values is Alpman (80), and the cartoon with the lowest values is Nasreddin Hoca Zaman Yolcusu (49). In terms of its contribution to Turkish language, there are idioms, proverbs and phrases. In the cartoons examined, stereotypes (194) and idioms (75) are included the most, while proverbs (1) and reflection words (2) are included the least. Based on all these findings, it was found that the cartoons broadcasted on TRT Children and MinikaGo national channels have a rich content in terms of values, proverbs were used rarely in terms of their contribution to Turkish language, but the idioms and phrases were used more. It is thought that cartoons can be benefited in terms of teaching Turkish language and values education.
