Özet:
Özet Araştırmanın amacı, öğretmenlerin örgütsel destek ve örgütsel adalet algilari arasindaki ilişkiyi incelemektir. İlişkisel tarama yöntemi kullanılan araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Bolu ili Yeniçağa ilçesinde 2016-2017 eğitim-öğretim yılı 1. döneminde görev yapan 103 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada verilerin toplanmasında Örgütsel Destek ve Örgütsel Adalet Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Toplanan verilerle öğretmenlerin örgütsel destek ve örgütsel adalet algı düzeylerini belirlemede ortalama, kişisel değişkenler için yüzde, frekans, öğretmenlerin destek örgütsel adalet algıları arasındaki ilişkileri belirlemek için Pearson korelasyon katsayısı yapılmıştır.Araştırma bulgularına göre öğretmenlerin örgütsel destek algıları yüksek düzeyde, örgütsel adalet algılarının ise çok yüksek düzeyde olduğu saptnamıştır.Öğretmenlerin örgütsel destek algıları ile örgütsel adalet algıları arasında pozitif yönlü ve orta düzeyde anlamlı ilişkiler olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. The purpose of the summary research is to explore the relationship between the organizational support of teachers and the organizational justice algilars.Relational scan method used research work group is made up of 103 teachers who worked in the first period of the 2016-2017 educational year in the new age district.The research has used organizational support and organizational justice scale in the collection of data.The data collected and the pearson correlation ratio was made to determine the relationships between organizational support and organizational justice perception levels of teachers, the average, the percentage for personal variables, the frequency, the support of teachers, the organizational justice perceptions.The research findings have found that the organizational support perceptions of teachers are high and the organizational justice perceptions are very high.The result was that the organizational support perceptions of teachers and the organizational justice perceptions have positive and meaningful relationships at the middle level.Keywords: organizational support, organizational justice, relationships.
