One of the important dynamics of social development is the training of qualified human power.The developed countries pay attention to the quality of human power for social and economic well-being, and for this they make large investments in education.In international competition, having qualified human power to exist is a determining factor.As a result of the rapid changes and developments in science and technology, the Turkish industry has reached a multi-dimensional structure.In order for our country to be able to develop at the desired pace in line with the development targets, the number and quality required in the industrial and business environments, the middle-level professional staff must be trained.Today, one of the most important decisions that shape the future of man is the choice of a profession that is accepted by everyone.The individual, when choosing a profession, must make a choice that will enable him to express himself in the best way, in accordance with his abilities, personality characteristics, will be able to demonstrate his own self structure and will give him the opportunity to realize himself.The educational institutions have a great task in this.In order for the educational institutions to provide an effective and correct guidance to individuals in the choice of a profession, it is necessary to assist in increasing the awareness of individuals during the selection process and to develop a view of preferences.Thus individuals will better understand themselves, their abilities and interests, and they will take these factors into account in the choice of a profession.Professional and technical training is now conducted after 9th grade.This direction is done with the score obtained by the collection of 60% of the 9th grade success score and 40% of the high school success score.This method enables students to be placed in the professions they really want or their skills are not in the professions they are, but in the professions permitted by the placement points and contents, which causes the majority of students to be prejudicated by the profession they are educated, not to be interested in the profession they are educated, and not to do the profession they are educated.The National Ministry of Education Education Research Department of the Presidency of the 2006 Professional High Schools assessment of the departments that lost the employment character 282 teachers 950 graduates and 282 workplace officials’ opinions and assessments were carried out.(http://www.meb.gov.tr/earged/earged/professional_liances_istihdam.pdf downloaded on 30/11/2016)According to the study, 40.2% of 44 department graduates from different kinds of schools do not work in the field.According to these data, the graduates from professional high schools within the sample scope are not able to be employed in the fields in which they are educated in the nearby areas.In the opinions of graduates who participated in the study on the methods of finding a job, those who worked before graduates; 34.1 percent through friends/customers; 24 percent through school managers and teachers where they graduated; 22.8 percent through their own efforts; 10.8 percent through ads; 6.6 percent through family aid; 1.7 percent through internship; and 35.7 percent through school managers and teachers where they graduated.52 teachers, meb sincan erkunt vocational education center, [email protected] 53 teachers, meb sincan erkunt vocational education center, [email protected] 54 teachers, meb fatih vocational and technical anadolu high school,
