Bu çalışmanın amacı, Niğde'deki 25 devlet genel ve meslek lisesinde görev yapan öğretmenlerin okullarının iklimine yönelik algılarını belirlemektir. Ayrıca, öğretmenlerin okullarındaki iklim algıları ile son iki yılda öğrenci-veli gibi kişiler tarafından gerçekleştirilen şiddet olaylarına uğrama durumları arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemeyi hedeflemektedir. The aim of this study is to determine the perceptions of teachers who work in the 25 state general and professional high schools in Nizhny Novgorod about the climate of their schools. It also aims to explore the relationship between the teachers' climate perceptions in their schools and the incidents of violence committed by persons such as students in the past two years.
