The study compares energy-efficient retrofit scenarios in different construction functions in Turkey's different climate regions. The aim is to examine the performance of energy-efficient retrofit scenarios in different construction functions. The study selects buildings that can be used as reference buildings, such as apartments or office blocks. Energy efficiency scenarios are determined based on the conditions of the reference building. The study finds that energy-efficient retrofit scenarios show different energy performance in office blocks and apartments. The research suggests that these effective retrofit scenarios should be determined based on the construction function and climate.
