Özet Günümüz kentleri modern yapılaşma ve güncel gereksinimlerle doğal ortamlarından ve tarihi geçmişlerinden kopmakta, ortaya çıkan yeni kentler ise bu haliyle insanları bazı açılardan yoksun bırakmaktadır. Tarihi geçmişinden kopmak, hareket ortamının kısıtlanması ve yapılarla dolu çevrede açık alanların azalması bu kayıpların en önemlileridir. Bu çalışma tarihi geçmişi olan bir kente sağlıklı yaşam ortamı kazandırmak ve bu sayede kent, sağlık ve tarih birlikteliğini kurmak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışma alanı olarak Orta Anadolu'nun ticaret ve sanayi merkezi olan Kayseri Kenti seçilmiştir. Kent Erciyes Dağı gibi doğal güzellikleri yanısıra en önemlileri Selçuklu ve Osmanlı devrine ait olmak üzere çok sayıda tarihi esere sahiptir. Çalışmada "Geçmişe Yolculuk" konseptiyle bir proje gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu kapsamda üretilen proje ile "kişi bisiklet kullanmayı kaç yaşında öğrendiyse, bisiklete biner binmez o yaşına döner, bisiklete binmenin büyüsü burada başlar ve pedallar çevrildikçe insanlar zamanda yolculuk yapar" sözünden hareketle bisikletle tarihi mekanlardan geçen insanların kısa zamanda da olsa geçmiş yaşantılarına dönmeleri hedeflenmiştir. Bu hedef doğrultusunda kentin tarihi noktalarından geçecek şekilde belirlenen bisiklet hattı ile kültürel değerlerin görülmesi sağlanmıştır. Bu sayede gerçekleşen hareketle kent, sağlık ve tarih üçgeni kurulmuş olacaktır. Çalışmada öncelikle peyzaj plan kararları alınmış ve öneri kültür bisiklet yolu belirlenmiştir. Mevcutta bulunan ve içinde tarihi eserlerin bulunduğu yeşil alanlar korunarak bu alanlarda bisiklet parkları önerilmiş ve peyzaj tasarımları yapılmıştır. Çalışmada önerilen projenin tasarımı AutoCad 2016, Photoshop, Sketchup ve Lumion yazılımları ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Sonuç olarak sunulan proje genel itibari ile sağlıklı yaşam felsefesini tarih ve kültürle birleştirecek, düşünülen parklar ve duraklarla kentin yeşil alanları artacaktır. Today’s cities are divided from their natural environments and historical history with modern structures and current needs, and the emerging new cities are thus leaving people out of some point of view.Separation from the historical history, the limitation of the movement environment and the reduction of open spaces in the surroundings filled with structures are the most important of these losses.This study was done to provide a city with a historical history with a healthy living environment and thus establish a city, health and history unity.Kayseri city, which is the trade and industrial center of Central Anatolia as the work area, was chosen.The city, in addition to its natural beauty like Mount Erciyes, has numerous historical works, the most important of which belong to the Selchuk and Ottoman era.A project was implemented with the concept of “passing into the past”.With the project produced in this scope, "if a person has learned how old to drive a bicycle, he returns to that age when he runs a bicycle, the magic of riding a bicycle begins here, and as pedals turn, people travel in time," the move is aimed at bringing people passing by bicycle from historical places back to their past lives, even in a short time.This goal is to ensure that cultural values are seen by the bicycle line that is determined to pass through the city’s historical points.Through this movement, the city, health and history triangle will be established.In the study first landscape plan decisions were made and the proposed culture bicycle route was determined.By preserving the green spaces in which historical works are located, bicycle parks were recommended and landscape designs were made.The project proposed in the study was designed with autocad 2016, photoshop, sketchup and lumion software.The project presented as a result will combine the philosophy of healthy life with history and culture, and the green areas of the city will be increased with thought parks and stations.Keywords: historic city, healthy cities, bicycle road, landscape planning, landscape design, cayseri.
