The text discusses the increasing need for utilizing artificial intelligence and machine learning in climate finance. Current studies have mainly focused on identifying climate change risks and reducing their impacts, such as carbon emissions. However, there is still a limited amount of research in this area, particularly regarding the risks within the financial and economic systems. Additionally, ethical issues within artificial intelligence pose challenges, such as the high energy consumption of machine learning in climate finance. Therefore, the use of AI in climate finance should be approached carefully, considering the balance of benefits and risks.
