It is noted that compulsory citizenship behavior causes negative effects on and employees, is in a positive relationship with negative variables such as job satisfaction, motivation, commitment to work, intention to leave the job, exhaust, work stress. Organizations are emphasizing that policy makers should take measures to minimize these negatives. It is stated that managers should create a suitable environment to show employees additional role behavior and use a reward mechanism. This will increase the motivation, efficiency and performance of employees and ensure the continuity of the organizations in the competitive environment. and a)
