Automatic Amazon Customer Review Classification Using Word2vec And Machine Learning Algorithms

The study proposes a system using machine learning algorithms to classify Amazon customer reviews as positive or negative, aiming to help both product manufacturers and consumers. The system preprocesses comments, vectorizes them using Word2Vec, and trains models such as Support Vector Machine, Naive Bayes, and Linear Regression. Experimental results show that the SVM algorithm achieved the highest accuracy of 87.57%. This model can help customers make more informed decisions by allowing them to thoroughly analyze negative product reviews before purchasing.
