Motherhood was very important in the Mongol Empire, and its importance increased even more after Islam became official within the Ilkhanid State. Especially considering the texts in Reşidüddin Fazlullah's work titled "Câmiü't-Tevârih", the mothers of the sultans or princes whose names are mentioned in the texts were mentioned in order to emphasize who they were and to indicate their degree of prestige. Regardless of their status and rank, he was obliged to show respect to all living members of the Mongol empire, as he would respect his mothers. As a matter of fact, based on the importance of the mother, in the work named "Düstûrü'l-Kâtib" it is stated that "Respect for the mother is more necessary than anything else; then to the father, relatives and others”. In addition to his advice, “The kings were advised to observe the necessity of respect for the mother.” Regular advice is included. It is possible to observe the traces of respect and love at home in the letters that the Mongol rulers wrote to their mothers and loved their unique style; “May the shadow of glory and compassion of my mother, who is a great daughter, rest upon me and the child of those who miss you, for many years to come. May all disasters and troubles turn into goodness and blessings, in accordance with the will of the fans. Bi'n-Nabi and Alihi. "We have such a desire to be nails for the honor of kissing your feet that it cannot be explained or written." In Düstûrü'l-Kâtib, Mongol khans are advised to respect their mothers and take care of their situation. It is also possible to understand the role the mother played in society from the value given to the mother in the Mongol Empire. As a matter of fact, direct intervention was made in the country's politics, and the fact that many women who left the Mongol khans behind with the solutions and orders from around the world were found to reveal this situation.
