Türkiye Öz: Hemşirelik birçok hemşire kuramcı tarafından, 'kişilerarası bir etkileşim süreci' olarak tanımlanmıştır. Bu derlemenin amacı hemşire-hasta ilişkisinde etkileşimin önemini vurgulamaktır. İletişim; fikirlerin, duyguların, düşüncelerin, niyetlerin ve gereksinimlerin insanlar arasında karşılıklı olarak iletildiği bir süreçtir. Etkileşim ise en az iki kişinin, birbirini etkilediği ve birbirinden etkilendiği, sözlü ve sözsüz yollarla iletişimde bulundukları bir durumdur. Etkileşim ve iletişim arasındaki ilişkiye geldiğimizde ise etkileşim iletişimin bir destekleyicisi olarak tanımlanmakta, iletişimin etkileşim aracı olduğu öne sürülmektedir. Yapılan çalışmalarda sağlık hizmetlerinde tıbbi hataların %65'inin kötü iletişimden kaynaklandığı, tıbbi hatayı azaltmada ise etkili iletişimin önemi vurgulanmıştır. Hemşirelik bakımı, doğası gereği hemşire-hasta ilişkisi ve etkileşimine dayalıdır. En basit bir hemşirelik girişiminde dahi hemşire-hasta etkileşimi söz konusudur. Hemşire-hasta etkileşiminin odak noktası, sağlıklı/hasta bireyin gereksinimlerinin karşılanması ve belirlenmesidir. Hasta ile tanışmak, öykü almak, hemşirelik girişimlerine karar vermek-uygulamak, bakıma yön vermek ve etkinliğini arttırmak için iletişimin rolü büyüktür. Hemşirelik, bakım verme bilim ve sanatı; bakım ise kişiler arası süreç, etkileşim olarak tanımlanabilir. Hemşirenin bireyi bütüncül ele alarak, uygulamalarını bu doğrultuda gerçekleştirmesi ve olumlu hasta bakım sonuçlarını elde etmesi, hasta birey ile etkileşiminin yeterli olmasına bağlıdır. Bu aynı zamanda bireyin/hastanın hemşireye duyduğu güvenin zeminini hazırlar. Literatürde sağlıklı/hasta birey ile kurulan ilişkinin, hemşirelik için kapsamlı bir bakım aracı olarak kullanıldığı, hastalığın prognozunu etkileyen önemli etmenlerden biri olduğu vurgulanmaktadır. Hemşire, etkileşim içerisinde hasta bireyin eşsizliğine önem vererek, bireyi bütüncül olarak ele alıp bu doğrultuda etkili bakım gerçekleştirmelidir. Güçlü etkileşim ile daha kaliteli bakım sağlanacağı, hastanede yatış süresinin ve hastaneye tekrarlı yatışların azalacağı düşüncesiyle hemşirelere hastayla etkin etkileşimin önemi konusunda hizmet içi eğitimler verilerek konunun önemi vurgulanmalıdır.

Turkish: Nursing is defined by many nursing theorists as a 'interpersonal interaction process'.The purpose of this collection is to emphasize the importance of interaction in the nursing-patient relationship.Communication is a process in which ideas, feelings, thoughts, intentions and needs are mutually transmitted between people.Interaction is a situation in which at least two people interact and interact with each other, communicating in oral and non-verbal ways.When it comes to the relationship between interaction and communication, interaction is defined as a supporter of communication, it is suggested that communication is a means of interaction.In the study, 65% of medical errors in health care services are caused by bad communication and the importance of effective communication in the reduction of medical errors has been emphasized.Nursing care is based on the nature of the nursing-patient relationship and interaction.Even in the simplest nursing initiative, the interaction between nurses and patients is concerned.The focus of nursing-patient interaction is the satisfaction and determination of the needs of the healthy/patient individual.The role of communication in meeting the patient, getting a story, making decisions on nursing initiatives-applicating, giving guidance to care and increasing its effectiveness is great.Nursing is the science and art of care, and care is the process of interpersonal interaction.The nurse, taking into account the individual in a comprehensive manner, performs their practices in this direction and achieves positive patient care results, depends on the sufficient interaction with the patient individual.This also prepares the ground of the individual/patient’s confidence in the nurse.The literature emphasizes that the relationship established with a healthy/patient individual is one of the important factors that influence the prognosis of the disease, which is used as a comprehensive care tool for nursing.The nurse should, by paying attention to the singularity of the patient in the interaction, treat the individual in a holistic manner and perform effective care in this direction.With strong interaction, better quality care will be provided, the duration of hospitalization and repeated hospitalization will be reduced, the importance of service training should be emphasized by giving nurses the importance of effective interaction with the patient.
