Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’s leadership style stands out as a phenomenon with notable impacts on Turkey's political, economic, and social structure. His leadership approach, characterized by charismatic leadership, pragmatic strategies, and crisis management, has been examined through these fundamental dimensions and their reflections in the context of organizational leadership. Erdoğan's personal charisma, effective communication skills, and ability to make swift decisions during crises play a pivotal role in boosting follower motivation and ensuring organizational resilience. This study evaluates Erdoğan’s leadership attributes within historical and contemporary contexts, analyzing his contributions to strategic vision development and transformation processes. Additionally, it delves into the national and international perceptions of his leadership.
