Since ancient times, people have been struggling with diseases. In the treatment of cancer, one of the most important diseases of today, chemotherapy and radiotherapy are used to kill cancer cells. The use of radiation is called ‘radiotherapy’ or ‘radiotherapy’. Radiotherapy; It provides a more effective treatment by killing cancerous cells or by being applied together with chemotherapy. It can also relieve symptoms. The fact that this method is so effective is very important for cancer patients. In this study, radiotherapy used as an oncological treatment method was examined chemically.
