Birleşmiş Milletler üyesi 193 ülke tarafından 2030 yılına kadar ulaşılması hedeflenen 17 amaç, Ocak 2016’da kabul edilmiştir. 17 amacın hedefi; yoksulluğu ortadan kaldırmak, dünya gezegenini korumak ve tüm insanların barış ve refah içinde yaşamasını sağlamaktır. Sürdürülebilir Kalkınma Hedeflerinin (SDG) temel hedefi, dünya genelinde evrensel, iddialı ve sürdürülebilir bir kalkınma oluşturmaktır. Üniversitelere de bu konuda önemli görevler düşmektedir. Üniversitelerin karmaşık yapıları SDG faaliyetlerinin etkin ve verimli olarak raporlanmasında büyük bir engel oluşturmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, üniversiteler için Sürdürülebilir Kalkınma Hedefleri Veri Yönetim Sisteminin tasarlanması, geliştirilmesi ve kullanılabilirlik analizinin yapılmasıdır. Sistemin tasarımında raporlama faaliyetlerinde etkin rol alan personelin görüşleri doğrultusunda gereksinim analizi ortaya konmuş ve sistem bu doğrultuda tasarlanmıştır. Geliştirilen sistem birçok teste tabii tutulmuş ve kullanıcı testleri ile test aşaması tamamlanmıştır. Sistemin kullanılabilirlik analizinde TÜBİTAK’ın geliştirdiği Kamu İnternet Siteleri Rehberi (KAMİS) baz alınmıştır. Geliştirilen sistemin KAMİS rehberine göre kullanılabilir bir sistem olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır.

The 17 goals to be achieved by 2030 were adopted by 193 United Nations member states in January 2016. The 17 goals aim to eradicate poverty, protect planet Earth and ensure that all people live in peace and prosperity. The main goal of the Sustainable Development Goals 36 (SDGs) is to create universal, ambitious and sustainable development worldwide. Universities have important roles to play in this regard. The complex structures of universities constitute a major obstacle in reporting SDG activities effectively and efficiently. The aim of this study is to design, develop and analyze the usability of a Sustainable Development Goals Data Management System for universities. In the design of the system, a requirements analysis was made in line with the opinions of the personnel who play an active role in reporting activities and the system was designed accordingly. The developed system was subjected to many tests and the testing phase was completed with user tests. The usability analysis of the system was based on the Guide for Public Websites (KAMİS) developed by TÜBİTAK. The developed system was found to be a usable system according to the KAMIS guide.
