The intention of this research is to dissect the connection among early childhood educators' perceptions on support for learner autonomy and their judgment ability. Correlational sweep design

the Melbourne Decision Making Scale and the Personal Data Form designed by the researcher to obtain knowledge about the preschool teachers participating in the study were used. SPSS Statistics 20 program was used for data analysis. As per the findings
it was inferred that preschool teachers' learner autonomy was at a low level and their decision-making skills were at a medium level. The connection among preschool teachers' learner autonomy and decision-making skills revealed a low
negative and significant relationship. Did not find a significant link among early childhood teachers' learner agency and improves judgment skills and demographic variables such as education status
aging and gender.
