it was inferred that preschool teachers' learner autonomy was at a low level and their decision-making skills were at a medium level. The connection among preschool teachers' learner autonomy and decision-making skills revealed a low
negative and significant relationship. Did not find a significant link among early childhood teachers' learner agency and improves judgment skills and demographic variables such as education status
aging and gender.
