Today, places such as cafes, restaurants, patisseries, entertainment venues, etc. are places where many people meet, and spend time, and play an important role in the socialization process. These semi-private, semi-public spaces play a major role in our lives not only functionally but also with the symbolic and imaginative codes they carry. The connections between the identity of the place and the identities that people construct through social relations in the environments they live in are important. In places, people's identities and the identities they sense about places come together. In the research included in this report, the well-being situations of the cafe used as a meeting place by a neighborhood group consisting of 20 women living in Kemerköprü Neighborhood, Merkez District, Bartın Province are presented. In this qualitative research based on subjective data such as people's perceptions, feelings and thoughts, semi-structured interviews were conducted and the relationship between the café space and subjective wellbeing was examined.
