Communication is one of the factors that affect the attitudes and behaviors of individuals.almost every day, consumers share many messages about news, rumors and trends.oral communication in the communication literature has a strong influence on the attitudes and behaviors of consumers.Mouth communication includes all comments, whether positive or negative, made by an old or potential new consumer about a brand, product or service.A oral communication is the process of sharing information with another person.This process can take place in a personal or face-to-face conversation, on the internet, on the phone or in a social environment.Mouth communication is a way for individuals to acquire new customers by sharing their experiences about products.oral to oral communication; it is a form of communication which is small but non-formal, which is used in the daily life of individuals and it affects people's purchasing possibilities.oral communication is a form of personal communication between consumers, in which opinions are shared about consumption experiences.In this study, the characteristics of oral communication will be emphasized.
