Bu çalışma, sivil hava ulaştırma önlisans programında öğrenim gören öğrencilerin, sektörde çalışmaya yönelik gelecek beklentilerini tespit etmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden "olgu bilim" deseni ile gerçekleştirilen araştırmaya Akdeniz Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Meslek Yüksekokulu Sivil Hava Ulaştırma Programında eğitim gören 15 öğrenci katılmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri katılımcılarla gerçekleştirilen yarı yapılandırılmış görüşmeler ile toplanmıştır. Çalışmanın kapsamında, öğrenciler ile yapılan derinlemesine görüşmede; programı tercih nedenleri, aldıkları mesleki eğitime yönelik değerlendirmeleri, sektördeki çalışma koşulları ve sektörde çalışma eğilimleri analiz edilerek, bazı öneriler getirilmiştir. Görüşmeciler, sektördeki çalışma koşullarının bazı olumsuzluklar içermesine rağmen bu sektörde çalışmaya istekli olduklarını beyan etmişlerdir.

This study was conducted with the aim of identifying the future expectations of students studying in the civil air transport pre-baccalaureate program to work in the industry. The research carried out with the design of the quality research methods of the Mediterranean University of Social Sciences has attended 15 students who are trained in the civil air transportation program at the University of Social Sciences. The data of the research was collected through semi-configured interviews with participants. In the context of the study, in the deep discussion with students; some recommendations were brought, analysing the reasons for the program’s preference, the assessments for the professional education they received, the working conditions in the sector and the working trends in the sector. The interlocutors have stated that they are willing to work in this sector despite the fact that the working conditions in the sector include some negative conditions.
