In the period of the pandemic, the inequality of socio-economic opportunities in our country in terms of digital citizenship has increased. In the distance learning processes, this inequality is clearly seen. However, it is stated that distance learning should not be abandoned, that digital access policies are important and that opportunities inequalities should be eliminated. Digital technologies should not be limited to the internet and alternative tools can be used.
