Türk Ulusunun Atatürk'ün önderliğinde Cumhuriyetin kurulmasını coşkuyla karşılamasının nedenlerinden biri de, her alanda ülke kalkınmasına ve refahına tüm milletin topyekûn katılımının sağlanması ile, amaçlanan gelişmiş ülkeler seviyesine ulaşılacağının bi lincinde olunması ve ortaya çıkacak eserde eksik yapı taşlarının olmamasıdır. Son zamanlarda teknolojideki gelişmeler de göz önünde bulundurulursa, kalkınmanın hızlı olabilmesi ve 2023 hedeflerine ulaşabilmek için belli bir konuda uzmanlaşmış elemanların istihdamının önemi artmaktadır. Bu ağır ve güç görevi, teknolojik çeşitlileşmeye paralel olarak en iyi verecek eğitim kurumlarından biri de Meslek Yüksekokullarıdır. Daha üst düzeylerde eğitim verecek kurumlarda ağırlıkla genel ve teorik konular işlendiğind en bu esneklik gösterilememektedir. Ara insan gücünün önemini fark eden ülkeler, bu gücün yetiştirilmesine çok önceleri ağırlık vermişler ve bu konuda büyük çaba harcamışlardır. ABD teknik branşlardaki eğitimin % 42'si ve bazı eyaletlerde % 60'ı, Japonya % 60'ı ve Avrupa kıtasında % 43'ünü teknikerlik eğitimi, diğer bir deyişle ara insan gücü eğitimi oluşturmaktadır. 1975 -1976 yıllarında Dünya Bankasının destekleriyle açılıp desteklenen MYO'nın sayısı 24 iken, mart 2018 itibariyle bu sayı, devlet üniversitelerinde 872, vakıf üniversitelerinde 99 ve Vakıf MYO olmak üzere 5, toplam 976'ı, öğrenci sayısı ise 2016-2017 istatistiklerine göre, 2555926'yı bulmaktadır. İlk zamanlar yapılan desteklerle kurulmuş olan ve daha sonra açılan MYO'larda, sonradan açılan böl üm ve programlarda bu destek çok düşük seviyelere inmiş ve hedeflenen üretime dayalı eğitim sıradan eğitime dönmüştür. Bu bildiride, MYO'larda kuruluş gerekçesine uygun bir eğitim-öğretimin gerçekleşmesi için, şimdiye kadar yapılmış tüm iyileştirme çabalarını da göz önünde bulundurarak neler yapılması gerektiği üzerinde durulacaktır. Abstract: One of the reasons why the Turkish nation is enthusiastically welcomed by the establishment of the Republic under the leadership of Ataturk is the awareness of the attainment of the intended level of developed countries with the total participation of the whole natio n to the development and prosperity of every inhabitant country and the lack of building stones in the work to be revealed.Given the recent developments in technology, the importance of employing specialized staff in a given context is increasing in order to be able to accelerate development and achieve the goals of 2023.

One of the reasons the Turkish nation is enthusiasticly welcoming the establishment of the Republic under the leadership of the Atatürk is that in every field the development of the country and the prosperity of the whole nation are provided with the participation of the topyekûn, the aim of the level of the developed countries is to be reached in the two lines and there are no missing structural stones in the work that will appear.If the recent technological developments are also taken into account, the importance of employment of specialists on a particular subject is increasing to ensure that the development can be fast and to the 2023 goals.This heavy and powerful task, one of the educational institutions that will give the best parallel to technological diversity is the vocational high schools.The most flexible is not to be shown when the general and theoretical subjects are treated in higher levels in institutions that will provide higher education.The countries that realized the importance of inter-human power have given a lot of emphasis on the development of this power very early and have made a lot of effort on this.42% of education in the U.S. technical branches and 60% in some states, 60% in Japan and 43% in the European continent are technical education, in other words, interpersonal human power education.The number of myo opened and supported with the support of the World Bank in 1975 -1976 is 24 while, from March 2018, this number is 872, in state universities, 99 in foundation universities and 5, a total of 976 and the number of students, according to 2016-2017 statistics, is 2555926 .In the myo, which was first established with support and later opened, in the subsequent opened sections and programs, this support has fallen to very low levels and the training based on targeted production has returned to normal education.This statement will focus on what should be done in the myo, taking into account all the improvement efforts that have been made so far, in order to carry out a training-education in accordance with the reason for the organization.Abstract: one of the reasons why the Turkish nation is enthusiastically welcomed by the establishment of the republic under the leadership of ataturk is the awareness of the achievement of the intended level of developed countries with the total participation of the whole nation n to the development and prosperity of each inhabitant country and the lack of building stones in the work to be revealed.
