For instance, it is important to note that, in the first instance of the study, the study will be carried out in the first instance of the study and in the second instance of the study and in the second instance of the study and in the second instance of the study and in the second instance of the study and in the second instance of the study and in the second instance of the study.According to the Law No. 573 of the Constitution, the law is legalized.Again, the Ministry of National Education has been placed in the Pre-School and Primary Education Institutions Regulations.However, it is unknown exactly how much of the pre-school training has been given to the coaching training described in detail by the legal regulations and the level of the current situation.The aim of this study is to study the existing coaching practices in the official pre-school educational institutions located in the center of the province of Kars in five different dimensions (individualized educational program preparation, educational adaptations, physical environment regulations, association and evaluation).Method: The research is based on the quality research method, the situation study design is preferred, the research data is obtained using a semi-built interview form and a semi-built observation form.The data is analyzed through the content analysis method.In the selection of the work group, the method of sampling for the purpose and the measurement sampling technique were used.It is determined that at least one student in the classroom of the pre-school teachers who participate in the study is a basic standard.The study group consists of 7 pre-school teachers and 7 coaching students.findings: The research has shown that the pre-school educational institutions have not prepared an individualized educational program for children with special needs and that teachers have problems with adaptation studies.Recommendations for research and application: In the framework of the research, it is recommended to support the skills of pre-school teachers in the field of coaching training.Keywords: pre-school semester, children with special needs, coaching practices, education.
