In this study, the organizational bonds of the teachers of childhood and the performance of the teachers of childhood and the performance of the teachers of childhood and the performance of the teachers of childhood and the performance of the teachers of childhood and the performance of the teachers of childhood and the performance of the teachers of childhood and the performance of the teachers of childhood and the performance of the teachers of childhood and the performance of the teachers of childhood and the performance of the teachers of childhood and the performance of the teachers of childhood.It is also intended to identify teachers’ civic status, age, number of children, trade union membership, professional status, organizational commitments and their impact on their work performance according to their professional status in the school.The research is in the relational scan model.Since the data collected within the framework of the research showed normal distribution, parametric tests were used in the analysis of the data.According to the study, the data of 249 teachers were evaluated.Two separate scales were used for data collection.In order to determine the level of organizational commitment of the teachers in the primary school, the "organizational commitment scale" and the "the performance scale" were used in order to reveal the perceived work performance.The teachers’ commitments were high, the moral commitments were high, and the compulsory commitments were very low.Teachers’ performance is very high.There is a meaningful relationship between the exciting and moral commitments of the teachers of the kindergarten and their work performance.But there is no meaningful relationship between compassion and work performance.According to the research, the views of the teachers on the level of organizational commitment of the primary school do not make any significant differences according to the civic status, age, union membership, the number of children, the year of vocation and the vocation in the school.However, the views of the teachers on the work performance in the school show a significant difference depending on the professional age and age.It is proposed that the conduct of various studies and cultural events to increase the moral commitment of the teachers in the primary school and to create a environment of confidence, love and respect in the school environment will contribute positively to the improvement of work performance.Keywords: organizational commitment, performance, childhood, teacher.
