Organizational depression is defined as an unmovement spread in the organization, a state of disturbance, often insufficient planning for the future, the lack of a vision of what individuals in the organization will do in the future, and the lack of attempt.Organizational depression is a concept that has a negative impact in many ways, reduces employees’ commitment to the organization, motivation and work satisfaction, and prevents them from achieving their organization goals.Organizational stress is a reaction of harmony to the external conditions that cause physical, psychological and behavioral disorders in individuals in the organization (actas and actas, 1992;154).The organizational stress, which is facing us as a big problem in the work life and becomes an increasingly important topic, comes to us as a concept that causes a decrease in the motivation of the employee, an increase in continuity and the intention to leave the job.The aim of this study is to study the relationship between teachers’ organizational depression perception levels and organizational stress perception levels.The research was carried out by collecting data from 113 teachers working in primary, secondary and secondary schools.In this direction, teachers who work in schools have been applied the scale of organizational depression and the scale of organizational stress.The study found that teachers’ organizational stress perception levels and organizational depression perception levels showed a significant difference in terms of gender, civil status, age, education level, school type, service year and teaching stage variables and the relationship between teachers’ organizational depression and organizational stress perception levels.The study found that organizational depression and organizational stress perception levels did not differ according to demographic variables.According to the results of the data obtained, teachers have a positive and high relationship between organizational depression and organizational stress perception levels.The research has been carried out as a pilot study, the process of data collection is ongoing.
