The work training program should be a pleasant and unforgettable experience when considered as the first meeting of the employee with the business.This program must be a priority element.Therefore, a carefully planned program helps the employee pass, makes him feel good about the organization and increases excitement and enthusiasm.The focus of these programs should help integrate the new employee into the organization and start building relationships.Work training programs are a very important topic for the efficiency and success of the employee and the business.It is also important to regulate this issue, especially in employment programmes related to disabled persons.The purpose of this research is to identify the methods of employment for those with visual disabilities from the methods applied in the world and in Turkey and to prepare the employment practice guide for those with visual disabilities in this direction.For this purpose, data were collected through interview with thirty-eight people with a visibility rate of 40-100% throughout Istanbul and analyzed by content analysis method.The fact that it is difficult to reach all persons with disabilities and that the possibilities of conversations in the enterprises they work with are limited and that the researcher himself is 80% vision disabilities with the use of the method of sampling cartopus in the selection of sampling, this research was carried out at the end of the boundaries.According to the findings obtained, the level of education of those with visual disabilities that participated in the research was quite high, and according to the level of education they received, they were able to work in all kinds of professions, such as teachers, workers, officials, lawyers, accountants, teachers, psychologists, sociologists, experts and managers.Another finding is that work-adjusting programs are often neglected in their workplaces, and that in the implemented enterprises, the programs are not fully satisfied.The findings from the research include that newly starting to work visual disabled employees are exciting, confused and anxious.Therefore, it is believed that negative emotions will disappear with the exercise programs to be done.The results can be expressed that the work-adjusting programmes must necessarily be carried out and that the programmes must be prepared in a more regular, planned manner and in a way that meets the desires and needs.
