Aday Öğretmenlerin, Aday Öğretmen Yetiştirme Programına Yönelik Tutumlarının İncelenmesi

Özet:
Bu araştırmanın genel amacı; aday öğretmenlerin aday öğretmen yetiştirme programına yönelik tutumlarını belirleyerek, bazı değişkenler açısından karşılaştırma yapmaktır. Bu araştırmada nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden genel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemi 150 aday öğretmenden oluşmuştur. Araştırma sonucunda aday öğretmenlerin aday öğretmen yetiştirme programına ilişkin tutumları, "Kurum İçi İletişim" boyutunda "kesinlikle katılıyorum", diğer boyutlarda ve ölçeğin genelinde ise "katılıyorum" düzeyinde çıkmıştır. Cinsiyet değişkenine göre sosyal destek boyutunda anlamlı farklılık olduğu, bu farklılığın erkek öğretmenlerin lehine olduğu görülmüştür. Yaş ve eğitim düzeyi değişkenlerine göre anlamlı bir fark bulunmamıştır. Okul türü değişkenine göre aday öğretmenlerin sosyal destek, danışmanla ilişki ve kurum içi iletişim alt boyutlarındaki tutumlarında anlamlı bir farklılık olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Her üç alt boyutta da bu farklılığın lisede çalışan aday öğretmenlerin lehine olduğu görülmüştür. Aday öğretmenlerin çalıştıkları okullarda algılanan sosyo-ekonomik düzey değişkenine göre ise sosyal destek boyutunda anlamlı bir farklılık olduğu ve bu farklılığın sosyo-ekonomik düzeyi orta olan okullarda çalışan aday öğretmenlerin lehine olduğu belirlenmiştir. The general purpose of this research is to compare some variables by determining the attitudes of the candidate teachers towards the candidate teacher training program.In this study, a general scan model from quantum research methods was used.The study consisted of 150 candidates.According to the research, the attitudes of the candidate teachers towards the candidate teacher training program, "I definitely agree" in the size of "institutional communication" and "I agree" in other dimensions and in the scale.There is a significant difference in the size of social support according to the gender variable, this difference has been shown to be in the benefit of male teachers.There is no significant difference between age and education.According to the type of school variable, there has been a significant difference in the attitudes of the candidate teachers in social support, relations with the consultant and the under-dimensions of institutional communication.In all three sub-dimensions, this difference was shown to be in favour of the candidate teachers working in high school.According to the socio-economic level variable perceived in the schools where the candidate teachers work, there is a significant difference in the size of social support and this difference is determined to the benefit of the candidate teachers working in the schools where the socio-economic level is medium.Keywords: candidate teacher, candidate training program
