Efficient Use Of Energy In Buildings And Energy Certificate Applications: Example Of The Church

The rapid extinction of natural resources has made energy efficient use mandatory.The focus on renewable energy sources and responsibility for nature are the requirements of environmental sustainability.This is the way to ensure economic and social sustainability.In this study, the energy identity certificate (ECB), which is an obligation for efficient and efficient use of energy in buildings, has been investigated into the practices in the church province.Energy efficiency is the minimisation of the amount of energy consumed, without reducing the quantity and quality in production, without obstructing economic development and social well-being.The ECB is a document containing at least the information on the energy needs of the building and the energy consumption classification, the isolation characteristics, the efficiency of heating and cooling systems.For existing buildings, it is authorized by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanism, in which it is organized by energy efficiency consulting companies employing experts.Energy efficiency consulting companies collect general, basic and technical information about the building by examining the buildings.In light of this information obtained, the energy identity certificate expert produces the energy identity certificate by making the necessary calculations of the energy performance of buildings and confirms it to the relevant authorities.Traditional structures in the church province, old structures missing in the city tissue and energy efficiency in modern houses have been investigated.It was also discussed with the building control firm that operates in this province and the ecb applications in the church province were investigated.According to the research on the ecb and project number of the church province, ecb is 227 and the project number is 260.Of these, energy identity documents have been created, including 2 ECB private housing, 203 ECB apartments, 12 ECB offices, 9 ECB educational institutions, 1 ECB hotel.In this area, the energy identity documents that are usually designed in structures were usually of class C.Keywords: energy efficiency, sustainability, energy identity certificate (ECB), church or structures
