Abstract employee performance, which affects the success or failure of organizations, is influenced by many factors. Cyberloafing, that defined as the use of the internet at work by employees for non-business purposes and burnout that defined as physical, mental and emotional collapse of employees are seen as performance affecting factors. The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between burnout syndrome and cyberloafing behaviors. in accordance with this purpose, domestic and foreign literature sources were searched and conceptual explanations were made. At the same time, studies examining the relationship between these two variables were examined and it was found that there is a significant relationship between burnout syndrome and cyberloafing behaviors. subsequent researches and suggestions were made for the managers. It is considered that the results of the research will have significant contributions to the practitioners and the literature.
