This summary study aims to study the impact of mathematical paper sheets prepared on the basis of critical thinking on mathematical success and attitudes of primary school fourth grade students. The research has used a semi-experimental pattern with a pre-test-final test-control group of quantum research methods. The research work group consists of 45 students (20 experiments and 25 controls) studying in the fourth class of a primary school affiliated with the Ministry of National Education located in the province of Diyarbakir in the educational and educational year 2018-2019.The success test developed by the researchers and the attitude scale developed by i·nan (2007) were used to collect the research data. The success test and attitude scale are applied to students in both pre- and post-application experiment and control group. The data obtained in the research was analyzed using the SPSS package program. In the analysis of the data; identifying statistics, dependent, independent t-test, mann-whitney u test and wilcoxon test were used.According to the results of the research, it has been shown that the math paper sheets prepared on the basis of practices based on critical thinking have improved the math success of primary school fourth grade students and have improved their attitudes towards math in a positive direction.
