With the new forms of employment, which have been seen as a result of the changing forms of production worldwide since the 1980s and the disindustrialization that arises in the previously developed and subsequently developing economies, new social risks have emerged different from those defined in the traditional social policy and social security approaches. For example, unemployment, which is among the traditional social risks, and the income loss that is defined as a result, has now become a way of not getting enough income even though working. In the same way, unemployment has become the turn of a continuous dismissal or dismissal of a existing employment in the traditional definition, and the turn of one or more of the same jobs being worked at the same time because the new industrial relationships are not paid enough.Such changes, whether or not, make the definition of social risk compulsory to be re-defined both quantitative and qualitative. The objective of this study is to identify the new social risks that the working life is changing in this context and to identify alternative policies that can be developed to prevent these risks. The new forms of work that arise for this, on the one hand, will be examined by the causes and consequences, and on the other hand, the new social risks that this change brings or the quality changes that occur in the traditional social risks. After all, there will be policy suggestions that will lead to the policy makers. Keywords: social risk, traditional approach, alternative social risk definition, politics, humans are constantly faced with risk as a concept that has changed form, quality and quantity since they have faced with the nature that they are weak.Risk can be expressed as anything that generally has the possibility of returning to a danger with concrete consequences.with this
