Mitoloji, efsane ve tarih; Klasik şiirde işlenme biçiminden, şairin imgelem dünyasına ve üslubuna katkısından, şiire tesirinden dolayı önemli başvuru kaynakları arasında sayılırlar. Klasik şairler, bilhassa Fars kültür ve edebiyatını örnek aldıkları için şiirlerinde daha ziyade bu kültürün tarihî, mitolojik ve efsanevî kişi veya varlıklarını kullanmışlardır. Fakat Arap, Hint, Çin ve az da olsa Yunan kültürüne ait tarihî ve efsanevî kişi ya da varlıklara da şiirlerinde değinmişlerdir. Böylelikle hem geleneği sürdürmüşler hem de şiirde orijinal ifadeler yakalamaya çabalamışlardır. İslamiyet başta olmak üzere farklı din ve inanışa dair her şey Klasik şiirin malzemesi olabilir. Dolayısıyla İslam inancını temsil eden peygamberler ve din âlimleri, mutasavvıflar çeşitli amaçlarla Klasik şiirde yâd edilirler. Şairlerin bu sayede amacı; tasavvuf inancını aksettirmek ya da sevgilinin güzellik unsurlarını ya da âşığın türlü hallerini daha iyi betimlemek, tecessüm ettirebilmektir. Bu çalışmada incelediğimiz Nev'î Divanı; dinî, tarihî, mitolojik ve efsanevî kişi ya da varlıklar bakımından oldukça zengin bir malzemeye haizdir. Bu malzemelerin şiirlerdeki nicel çokluğuna ilaveten şairin hayal dünyasından nasıl şekillenip kullanıldığı da önem arz eder. Bu kişi ya da motifler; Nev'î'nin hayal dünyasını zenginleştirir ve şiirine yeni anlamsal, biçimsel açılımlar kazandırır. Nev'î'nin şairlik kabiliyetine dair ipuçları verdiği gibi Klasik Türk şiirinin kültürel zenginliğine dair bilgiler de sunar. Dolayısıyla her tür din ve kültürün sembolü varsayılan şahsiyetlerin Klasik edebiyatın zirve yaptığı bir dönemde meşhur bir şair, Nev'î, tarafından nasıl ve ne ölçüde kullanıldığını tespit etmek şairin sanatının ve o dönem edebiyatının daha iyi değerlendirilmesini sağlayacaktır. Mythology, legend and history are among the important sources of application for the way the poet is processed in the classical poem, for the contribution of the poet to the imaginary world and the style of the poet, for the poetry.The classical poets, in particular because they took the example of Fars culture and literature, used in their poems the historical, mythological and legendary persons or assets of this culture.But the Arab, Indian, Chinese, and even a few historical and legendary persons or beings of Greek culture have also been referred to in their poems.Thus, they continued the tradition and tried to catch the original expressions in the poem.Everything about different religions and beliefs, including Islam, can be the material of classical poetry.Thus, the prophets and religious allies who represent the Islamic faith, mutasavvifs, are recognised in the classical poem for various purposes.Through this, the purpose of the poets is to acknowledge the faith of Tasavvuf or to better describe the beauty elements of the lover or the kind of state of the lover.The Nev’i divan we study in this study is a material that is quite rich in religious, historical, mythological and legendary persons or beings.It is also important to see how these materials are formed and used from the imagination world of the poet, in addition to the quantity of the poems.This person or motives enrich the imaginary world of Nev'i and give his poem new meaningful, formal openings.As Nev'i gives clues about the poetry ability, it also provides information about the cultural wealth of classical Turkish poetry.Thus, identifying how and to what extent the symbol of all kinds of religion and culture is used by a famous poet, the newyer, in a period in which the classic literature is the peak of the presumed personalities, will make the poet's art and literature of that period better evaluated.Keywords: classical Turkish poetry, mythology, din-tasavvuf, divan, persons
