Purpose: People born from 1995 to 2010 are called Generation Z. Children of Generation Z are true digital natives; as they have been exposed to the internet, to social works and mobile systems since their birth. Hence, the tendency, demand, and behavior of this generation are different from the others. The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between the healthy lifestyle habits and time management skills of this generation. Methods: This study was conducted with volunteer senior students from United World Colleges Dilijan College in Armenia. In the survey, a time management scale was used. In addition, some questions about daily water consumption; eating lunch, dinner, breakfast, and, fast food; hours of sleep; and; daily internet and mobile phone usage were asked. The participants' personal information was not shared and legal permission was taken from the school's administration. Results: The results showed that students from various countries and continents had good habits as having breakfast and dinner every day, sleeping and drinking water enough. Although spending time on the internet and mobile phone were high among students, they had good time management skills. They were planning their day and week. Conclusion: As one of the unique properties of time is that it cannot be saved for the future, time management becomes vital for all people, especially for students. Additionally, a healthy lifestyle as eating healthy food, drinking sufficient water, being social, staying away from harmful habits are vital for young people. This study showed that senior students of UWC Dilijan College live healthily and have time management skills.
