Parkinson’s disease was first defined by James Parkinson in 1817.In general, Parkinson’s disease is a common and complex neurological disease.Parkinsonism is a clinical sign of a disorder of dopaminergic pathways that combines substantia nigray with basal gangliona rather than a single disease.Such disorders can also be caused by trauma, examined toxic agents, vascular diseases, ansephalitis and many other conditions, as it is found in many degenerative diseases.Per the best known form of Parkinson's is the one that accompanies Parkinson's disease. This is also known as paralytic parkinsonism and paralytic agitans.Parkinson's disease is a degenerative disease that holds locus cerileus and substantia nigran in the neurons that secret dopamine. It is a disease of adults. There are four basic motor findings: instant tremor, rijidity, akinesis (or bradikinesis) and postural instability. In addition to this, the flektion posture and the freezing phenomenon are the most common motor findings. The slowdown of bradicines.Although it is the most common clinical symptom, it can also appear in other diseases including depression.Bradikinesis is a distinctive feature of basal ganglion diseases and covers the difficulties in the planning, launch and execution of the movement and performing regular and simultaneous tasks.Tremor is the most easily identified symptom of Parkinson’s disease. The tremor is unilateral, the frequency is 4-6 Hz and is usually observed in the distal parts of the limbs.Characteristically, the rest tremors disappear by action and during sleep. It is characterized by increased resistance. It is usually seen in the form of a "dental wheel".It can be seen in proximalde, such as neck, shoulder, thumb or distal, such as handheld, footheld.Postural instability occurs due to loss of postural reflection. It usually occurs in the late stages of Parkinson’s disease and after the beginning of other clinical characteristics.Postural instability is the most common cause of falls (along with the freezing of walking). These symptoms are caused by changes in different areas of the brain. The aim of this study is to reveal the histopathological findings of Parkinson’s disease and to discuss the relationship of clinical symptoms with these findings.
