The aim of the study is to study the development of balance performance as a result of the training of 12-14 year old table tennis players. This study has been voluntarily attended by 20 male students who have been newly registered in the infrastructure of the Batman University Sports Club.Table tennis players who participated in the study were subjected to a flamingo balance test 2 months before starting their basic table tennis exercises and after starting their table tennis exercises. The balance test applied to athletes has been shown to have a meaningful relationship as a result of the training between the pre-test and the final-test points (p>0,05).As a result; the balance of performance in men's table tennis players in the age group of 12-14 has been determined in a positive direction and a significant increase in the level between the pre-test -final test measurements. It can be said that the age group of table tennis players has significant increases because the age group is small and for the first time they are involved in a sporting activity. It can also be said that the basic table tennis exercises applied have an impact on improving the balance feature.
