Its own purpose: in this study, it is intended to study the role of personality factors in the influence of workplace discomfort on workplace commitment in healthcare staff.Method: according to the purpose of the work, 430 health personnel working in the province of the city of the city of the city of the city of the city of the city of the city of the city of the city of the city of the city of the city of the city of the city of the city of the city of the city of the city of the city of the city of the city of the city of the city of the city.The study aimed at reaching all medical staff without the sample being determined and 313 staff were reached for reasons such as being a licensed staff, the staff did not agree to participate in the work.The data collection technique has been used.The scale of discomfort developed by Cortina and her friends (2001) to measure the discomfort found in the workplace, the scale of organizational commitment developed by Meyer and her friends (1993) to measure the discomfort found in the workplace, and the five-factor personality inventory developed by John and her friends (1991) to determine personality characteristics.In the analysis of the obtained data, identifiable statistical methods, validity and reliability analysis, correlation analysis and process macro regression analysis have been used.According to the results of scale reliability analysis, the cronbach alpha ratings of workplace discomfort, workplace commitment and five-factor personality inventory scales were 0.87, 0.75 and 0.73, respectively.findings: according to the findings of the study regarding the correlation analysis, there was a meaningful and negative relationship between workplace discomfort and workplace commitment (r=-,453, p<0,01).There was also a low-positive meaningful relationship (r=,038, p<0,01) between personality factors and workplace commitment and a positive meaningful relationship (r=,219, p<0,01) between personality factors and workplace commitment.According to the findings related to the regression analysis; in the first model created in order to determine the instrumental role of personality factors in the impact of workplace discomfort on workplace commitment, the impact of workplace discomfort on workplace commitment was studied.According to this, it has been shown that workplace discomfort has a meaningful and negative impact on workplace commitment and explains its 0.20 percent (β=-0,264, r 2 = 0,20, p<0,01).In this study, it is aimed to investigate the mediator role of personality factors in the effect of workplace discouragement on workplace loyalty among health personnel.
