Its own objective: because a large portion of those who provide health care in health institutions are female employees, glass roof syndrome is of importance in terms of health care (urhan and etiler, 2011: 196).Women are unable to reach their career goals as easily as men's colleagues, and they face a lot of obstacles.They are unable to overcome these obstacles, they open the way to exhaust.Women who experience the glass roof syndrome, who face obstacles when they plan to rise in their career, and who are intensely composed of managers, experience a feeling of exhaust, show failures, and think of leaving their business life, have an impact on their organizational commitment (Burke vd., 2006: 612).The study aims to investigate whether there is a difference between the glass roof syndrome and the organizational commitment perceptions in terms of the demographic characteristics of women’s hospital employees and whether there is a relationship between the glass roof syndrome perceptions and the organizational commitment perceptions.Method: The research was carried out in January and February 2019 at the research and application hospital of the University of Süleyman Demirel.The universe of the research, according to the data obtained from the hospital management, is 698 women health workers who are working in the research and application hospital at the University of Süleyman Demirel in January 2019.In order to identify the sampling of the research, the sampling detection formula was used and it was statistically sufficient to reach 249 participants.The survey was conducted with 278 participants who approved and approved to ensure that the research results were stronger and the results were taken to statistical assessment.The survey form was used as a data collection tool.The survey form used; the demographic information form, the scale of the glass roof barriers (Caraca, 2007) and the scale of organizational commitment (Alle and Meyer, 1990 Act.Bayer 10 this work, Suleyman Demirel
