Self purpose: satisfaction can be expressed as a person’s emotional reaction to work.We can say that individuals working in a business environment can give different reactions according to the current situation of the business environment.The first of these reactions is how compatible it can be between the characteristics that the employee possesses and the work he does.The other is that the employee is not satisfied with the work done.Thirdly, how much satisfaction a working individual can obtain because of his work and how much satisfaction he can obtain because of his work, and how much satisfaction he can obtain because of his work.In order to ensure employee satisfaction and therefore increase the efficiency in the workplace, the manager must take measures to ensure the employee’s satisfaction is formed.Individuals who work will be able to be positive after achieving success in their tasks on the workplace and achieving satisfaction.Such a result may lead to the individual to be more willing to work and at the same time the workplace becomes more economically strong.Satisfaction will also be able to positively reflect the employee’s life outside the work and will be more positive in his relationships with his surroundings.The organization climate can be expressed as a dynamic formation, which is a psychological dimension perceived by the individuals who work within an organization; which is an identity that both the employers are affected and affected, and which in a way is accepted by their employees.The organization climate has an impact on efficiency, satisfaction, motivation, and organizational commitment.The organization that is based on success awards climate workers in exchange for their success to increase organizational efficiency.The organization’s climate can be said to have an impact on the level of work satisfaction.Individuals who work in a negative place of work are in a state of disappointment by not going to work, leaving their jobs, appearing to work instead of working in the workplace.The purpose of this research is to determine the organizational climate perceptions of workers in the health sector and the level of employment satisfaction, and to study whether employment satisfaction is affected by the organizational climate perceptions of employees.The study also aims to determine the organizational climate perceptions of employees and the work satisfaction levels differ according to what demographic characteristics.Method: The research was conducted on health personnel working in a public hospital in the province of Adana in order to reveal the impact of the organization's climate on work satisfaction.The scale was developed by weiss, davis, england and lofguist (1967) as a data collection tool in the research, adapted to the Turkish by the scale baycan(1985) with the validity and reliability studies made by the minnesota iŞ satisfaction scale (mi·dö) and developed by litwinand stringer (1968) by hocaniyazov (2008) translated to the Turkish, the organization iŞ climate scale (o·ö) was used, consisting of 24 articles.The results of the study were analyzed using the spss16.0 (statistical packageforthesocialscience) program.The personal information of the healthcare staff is determined by frequency distribution and graphic exhibitions are obtained in the Excel environment.The reliability of the scales used before passing to the test of the main and under hypotheses of the study was obtained with cronbach's alpha.The analysis of the structural validity of the scales was implemented.Results: According to the results of the regression analysis, 31.2% of the work satisfaction was revealed by the reward factor, which is the subfactor of the organizational climate.In this case, it is recognized that the organization's climate has an impact on the work satisfaction.In addition, when other statistical findings are examined, gender's organization climate perception has a significant impact on the reward and commitment that form the underdimensions of this perception, and when it is examined in terms of the variation of tasks in the institution, doctors, nurses, technicians, secretaries and dietologists have seen the organization they work and the rewards they obtain more positively, and dietologists have seen the overall organization climate and the rewards they obtain from the organization more negatively than nurses, technicians and health officials.The result: according to the research results, the determination of remuneration systems within the health institution in a way that will increase employment satisfaction, especially in terms of the negative perceptions of the organization's climate, the reorganization of the remuneration system within the institution to increase employment satisfaction of workers in the professional group that can form a risk group, and the positive discrimination against women workers can increase employment satisfaction of employees.
