Implementation of the non-oil sector development targets increases the sustainability of the economy of Azerbaijan. Based on the versatility and multidimensionality have led to the development of tourism, which is transformed into the necessary sector from the point of view of new priorities. Tourism is quality indicator of areas and the necessity of infrastructure construction. The main expression of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic's flexible participation in the country's national economic development processes is more clearly expressed by the development of the tourism sector. Looking at the progress made in the field of tourism development, it is clear that this sector has dynamic development mechanisms and favorable conditions have been created for its long-term perspectives. The existence of legal and economic institutions presents achievements in tourism as an expression of effective reform on the macroeconomic basis, thereby strengthening the support for the regulation. This promotes productive outcomes for the development of tourism potential in all cities and districts of the autonomous republic. Taking into account this factor, which is useful for tourism in the autonomous republic, as well as the increased availability of public policy for tourism as an expression of tombs, monuments and sites, we decided them to be involved in scientific research.
