Erol UYSAL, Tuğba YANPAR YELKEN, Işıl TANRISEVEN ÖZET Bu araştırmanın amacı Fatih Projesi Eğitimcilerinin ve öğretmen adaylarının FATİH Projesi Eğitimleri hakkında görüşleri ile öğretmen adayı kazanımlarının araştırılmasıdır. Araştırma, tarama modelinde betimsel bir araştırmadır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, 2016-2017 eğitim-öğretim yılında Mersin Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi 3. ve 4. sınıflarında öğrenim gören 81 öğretmen adayı ve 5 Eğitimci oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak; öğretmen adaylarına yönelik olarak araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen "Anket Formu", başarı testi sonuçları, eğitimcilere yönelik olarak "Görüşme Formu" kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada verilerin çözümlenmesinde, frekans, yüzde, aritmetik ortalama ve içerik analizi kullanılmıştır. Öğretmen adaylarına verilen Fatih Projesi Eğitimlerinin anket formu sonuçlarına göre Fatih Projesi hakkında genel bilgi kazandıkları, Fatih Projesi donanımlarını ve EBA (Eğitim Bilişim Ağı) platformunu etkin kullanmayı öğrendikleri, içerik hazırlama konusunda bilgi edindikleri tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca Fatih Projesi Eğitimlerinin daha verimli olması için objektif değerlendirmelerin yapılması amacıyla öğretmen adaylarının ve eğitimcilerin görüşleri alınmıştır. Buna göre eğitim saatlerinin öğretmen adaylarının uygun olduğu tarih ve zamanlarda olması, uygulama etkinliklerinin daha fazla yapılabilmesi için dersliklerdeki katılımcı sayılarının daha az tutularak sağlanabileceği şeklinde görüşler belirlenmiştir. The purpose of this research is to investigate the achievements of the teacher candidate with the opinions of the educators of the fatih project and the teacher candidates on the training of the fatih project.Research is an imaginary research in the screening model.The research work group consists of 81 teachers candidates and 5 educators studying in the 3rd and 4th classes of the Mersin University School of Education in the 2016-2017 educational year.As a data collection tool in the research; the researchers developed the "anchest form" for teachers' candidates, the success test results, the "conversation form" for educators were used.In the analysis of data, the research used frequency, percentage, arithmetic average and content analysis.According to the results of the survey form, the training of the fatih project given to the teachers candidates has been found that they have gained general information about the fatih project, they have learned how to use the fatih project equipment and the eba (education information network) platform effectively, they have gained information about the preparation of content.Also, the opinions of teachers candidates and educators were taken in order to make objective assessments to make the training of the fatih project more efficient.According to this, the training hours are determined in the dates and times that the teacher candidates are appropriate, and the number of participants in the classes can be provided by less retention in order to be able to perform more practical activities.Keywords: fati·h project, teacher candidate, service training,
