The sociotechnological developments experienced in the production process brings with it some changes in the structure of the working life. Businesses that want to gain advantage in a highly competitive environment have created a workforce that is aligned with the changing expectations of the working life and whose quality and knowledge are at the forefront. In this context, employees are included in various generations to the extent of appropriate criteria. Although there are a number of different opinions while classifying generations in working life, generations; silent belt, baby boomers, X belts, Y belts, Z belts. But the resultant change in globalization has led to the addition of a new genius within the generation class. In the study, the literature on R-bandage was searched by taking into account the new dynamics that emerged in the working life as a generation transition, which began to be described in the literature after the 2008 economic crisis, and how they would shape the employment of educated young people.
