This study aims to study the relationship between the levels of physical activity, the level of fatigue and the quality of sleep in individuals aged 60 and over.Method: In this study participated a total of 150 volunteers, including the average age of 70,41 (±,615) and older, 57 women (38%) and 93 men, living in the province of Manisa. The International Physical Activity Scale (PASE) for the collection of physical activity variable data, the Multi-Dimensional Evaluation Scale (MAF) for the collection of fatigue variable data and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PUKI) for the collection of sleep quality data.In the analysis of the obtained data, the spss 22 package program was used, the correlation analysis was used to determine the relationship between the participants' physical activity, fatigue levels and sleep quality variables. The level of significance is determined at 0.05.Results: The average score of the participants was 91.82 (±,89), the average score of the maf was 19,09 (±,75) and the average score of the puki was 11,76 (±4,39)According to the analysis of the data, there was a statistically meaningful and positive relationship between the pass and the maff (p≤0,01) and the maff and the UK variable (p≤0,01).The relationship between the pas and the UK variable has not been statistically meaningful (p≥0,05).The result: the study we have done has shown that in the elderly individuals, the level of fatigue increases as the level of physical activity increases, the level of fatigue increases as the quality of sleep increases. However, there is no statistically meaningful relationship between quality of sleep and physical activity. Keywords: physical activity, fatigue, sleep, quality of sleep
