In the study, in the period 2010-2017 in the stock exchange in Istanbul, the company’s specific and macroeconomic variables that influence the financial performance of the metal main industry companies were studied by panel data methods. Profitability represents the performance of the company, and the elevation rate, investments, enterprise capital turnover rate, company size, growth, economic growth, inflation, exchange rate and interest rate are used as independent variables. The result of the study has been identified determinants that influence the financial performance of the main industry companies of bist metal. and a)
