Research on apple cultivation and conservation methods found that apple is grown in almost every region of Turkey, but the most suitable cultural centers are the Central Black Sea and the Northern Anatolia. It has been emphasized that there are differences in developmental power in the various species and varieties of apples, and it has been stated that wheat mothers are widely used. The apple is a cold-resistant fruit and the importance of storage conditions has been highlighted. It is summarized that mechanical damage should be prevented during the harvest and the points to be observed during the storage process are indicated. and a)
