The International Congress of Scientific Research in Chankaya presented the phenomenological analysis of 312 medical traditions. The concept of tradition is considered as a concept that refers to the past, not to the present and to the future. The process of transformation of classical medicine into tradition and the role of important philosophers in this process are focused. The name of the Qur’an is considered as a synthesis of different medical knowledge and experiences. The relationship between classical medicine and philosophy is highlighted. It has been pointed out that the medical tradition is important to understand the fundamental problems in the field of modern medicine and health. and a)
