This research explores the impact of teaching approaches and school-family collaboration on improving students' academic performance and overall development. Contemporary teaching methods, including collaborative and project-based learning, offer innovative alternatives to traditional models, promoting a more engaging and inclusive learning environment. In this context, the partnership between educators and families plays a crucial role in addressing students' individual needs and ensuring consistent educational support. The research underscores the importance of effective communication between parents and teachers in building strong, sustainable partnerships. Activities such as parent-teacher conferences, informational seminars, and engagement in extracurricular activities are identified as key strategies for enhancing academic outcomes, reducing behavioral issues, and boosting students' self-esteem. Active parental involvement is also emphasized as essential in fostering a holistic approach to education. Furthermore, the study explores challenges to collaboration, such as time constraints, cultural and social barriers, and limited financial resources. Strategies to overcome these challenges include using technology for improved communication and organizing training sessions for parents to increase their participation in their children's education. The findings indicate that a strong and enduring school-family partnership significantly contributes to improved student engagement and academic success. To achieve sustainable and inclusive growth, it is necessary to strengthen these relationships through transparent, coordinated, and collaborative approaches that address the needs and expectations of all stakeholders involved.
