SYNTHESIS, SPECTROSCOPIC CHARACTERIZATION AND ANTIOXIDANT ACTIVITIES OF NEW BIS 1,3,4-THIADIAZOLES DERIVATIVES FROM OXALIC ACID
Compounds with 1,3,4-thiadiazole skeletons have grown in importance recently, particularly in medicinal and biological chemistry. New bis 1,3,4-thiadiazole derivatives were designed and separated in this way, and characterized them using elemental analysis and general spectroscopic methods like 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and FT-IR. The antioxidant properties of these compounds were determined using DPPH assay. Additionally, this study clarified the relationship between the structure and activity of the molecules in radical trapping reactions with various substituents.
