The low-intensity workplace discomfort, which arises by the violation of the rules of mutual respect in the place, which is expressed as a disoriented behavior that is not exactly defined but is harmful to the goal (Anderson and Pearson, 1999: 457), although it has a large field of research today, it appears that there is a limited number of studies on this subject in the indigenous literature.The objective of this study is, in the light of the information obtained from the scan of the last 20 years of field writing, to make recommendations for future research, with the general framework of the workplace discomfort, which has the character of being the beginning of some negative behaviors in the organization.The study of the literature resulted in the fact that employees’ disadvantage perception and response situations; the personality structures and emotional conditions of individuals, the status in the organization, the intense working conditions, work stress, perceived injustice, lack of communication, interpersonal conflicts, organizational policies, organizational changes and leadership styles were influenced by the pioneers.It has also been shown that the workplace discomfort; positive organizational behaviors such as work satisfaction, performance, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior and motivation are negative; negative organizational behaviors such as intention to leave work, psychological disorders, exhaust, emotional exhaustion, exclusion and stress are positive.It is believed that the outcome of the workplace discomfort will lead to the research that will be done on this subject in the future.However, in the study, some recommendations were also made for managers who are responsible for creating a healthy and collaborative organization and the process of preventing the unpleasant workplace.
