The question of whether communication as a sociological phenomenon can be a fundamental concept that can be addressed to understand how the existence and continuation of societies can be possible can be a horizontal question. In this context, considering the concept of communication as a fact in the hadith, which is the carrier of the realization of the social thing, instead of designing the concept of communication as a process in which knowledge, feelings and thoughts are transmitted, can open up the possibilities of a more mutual thought field in terms of communication sociology. The concept of communication produced in luhmann sociology, unlike the classical communication theories, defines communication as a process of information processing that enables the existence of social structures. From here it can be claimed that the relationship between the concept of movement and communication and the construction of the social thing can be established. The complexity of the social structure in terms of the concept of communication established in Luhmann sociology can exist only and only in parallel with a complicated communication. Therefore, the level of complexity of today’s societies is only possible by a more complex communication, which is the carrier of this level of complexity. In other words, existing within the complex structure of society can be possible through a proper communication to build this complexity. This study, first of all, aims to address the changes in the formation of today’s complex societies, by moving from the Luhmann sociology, which deals with society as the comprehensive top concept of communication, and by moving from the literature on the subject to address the relationship between the reorganization of the social sphere and communication.
