Discussions and studies arising within the framework of contemporary feminism are more prominent in the field of political philosophy and ethics. For example, in the ethical field, feminism has developed an alternative ethical theory by defending that the woman is different from the man in moral judgment, and that the woman’s voice in morality tends to protect and attribute relative value. Some feminist aesthetics have tried to develop a female-centered and gender-sensitive alternative art and aesthetic theory by trying to establish the level of differentiation of the female perspective on aesthetic perception, aesthetic judgment and assessment. The purpose of this notice is to present these initiatives and to present their limitations and some aspects open to development. When we look at contemporary discussions about the quality of feminist aesthetics, we see that the starting point of feminist aesthetics is generally the same as feminism. The starting point of feminist aesthetics, such as general feminism, is the "facts of patriotism" (devereaux, 2005, 647).With the fact of paternity, feminism makes it a system where power, status and rights are distributed according to men and men’s interests, where women’s rights and interests are damaged in this distribution. As devereaux also pointed out, talking about the phenomenon of paternity is a controversial thesis, accepting the claim that all existing societies are already paternal or have paternal structural characteristics (devereaux, 2005, 647).If they show differences in their own texts, the feminist philosophers agree that paternity is an unlawful system. The atherical system creates an injustice and impunity for women in terms of social practices, institutions and regulations. The project to uncover the unfair and oppressive structure of the feminism patriarchal system is inevitably a political project. The main subject of this report, the fundamental stones of feminist aesthetics, were also built in the framework of this project.Feminist aesthetics, a new field of study, begins with the historical claim that art and aesthetics are patriot. When we look at the studies in the field of feminist aesthetics in general, the position of the woman in the art and art history is discussed in three key issues: (a) the position and role of the women in the art history in terms of the general standards of art; (b) the position and position of the woman in the art works; (c) whether the basic values and ideals of classical aesthetics are sufficient to meet the expectations of feminism. When we really look at the art history, we see that, unlike men, there is a rare number of female artists who can get the title of "big artist" or "deha".Unfortunately, some of this rare number of female artists have been forced to show up their works either by the male name or by the use of spots that do not reveal their gender. For example, the most important names of classical Western literature, Charlotte, Emily and Mother Bronte brothers have written their works with currer, elis and acton bell soils to avoid prejudice and pressure. It is the work of the political writer Mary Ann Evans, who is considered one of the best novels in the world of literature, using the middlemarch george elliot. We can count many names to illustrate this situation but it is a clear fact that historically the number of female artists and thinkers compared to men is quite small. Is it not because women have less artistic talents and skills than men, that their works do not meet the criteria of being a "great artwork"?Or is "deha" in the framework of the historical standards of classical art unique to the "man nature"?Feminist art historian Linda nochlin, in her work “Why we don’t have a big female artist” published in 1970, analyses the inequality, tolerance, and countless attitude of the art, which is historically built within the patriarchal system, against women, women’s art and women’s art products.Talent alone is not sufficient for the necessary social conditions, education and
