TYPES OF CRISES AND THE MANAGER'S ACTIVITY IN CRISIS SITUATIONS

This paper presents an analysis of crisis types and how they can be managed. Theory shows us that these types of conflicts can be resolved, and organizations that prepare in advance for such situations have a greater chance of success in this regard. However, this preparation must be done on multiple levels, and not always feeling capable of handling such situations means that we will manage the crisis as it should be. This study will review situations that can be termed as "crises" and the steps related to their management. The role of the manager in the crisis analysis process is based on identifying the crisis and seeking a response to it by taking actions aimed at maintaining credibility and a good reputation. One of the most important functions of the manager is communication in crisis situations, with the main responsibility being the efficient administration of communication in crisis situations and the restoration of the institution's image. Forecasting, planning, and managing crisis situations largely depend on the skills and capabilities of an adept manager.
