Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs) are common bacterial infections that affect millions of people each year, particularly women. Though conventional medical treatments include antibiotics, the rise in antibiotic resistance and concerns over side effects have led many to explore home remedies as alternative or complementary treatments. This research article explores various home remedies for UTIs, focusing on their efficacy, potential benefits, and limitations. Remedies such as increased water intake, cranberry juice, probiotics, herbal supplements, and dietary modifications have been studied for their role in preventing and alleviating UTIs. Although these remedies may offer relief and preventive benefits, medical consultation remains crucial, especially in recurrent or severe cases.
